TIA's Compensation Report provides invaluable information about logistics firms’ salaries and compensation, their organization, and job descriptions. 53 companies chose to participate in the survey, providing data on 59 different job positions. As the paper survey is only updated once annually, it is highly recommended that organizations obtain a subscription to the online version of the survey where data is updated constantly. An annual subscription provides access to the latest in market pay trends throughout the year and allows you to filter data by region of the country. The annual subscription to the tool is $2,400 per year for TIA members and $3,600 per year for non-members.
